If you are NOT registered with us and need immediate service we would suggest a walk-in clinic. For assistance in locating another physician, you may wish to call Health Care Connect, a Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care program which helps Ontarian's without a family health care provider find one. Yes, Shelburne Centre For offers telehealth services to our patients. We understand that visiting the clinic in person may not always be possible or convenient, especially during the current Provincial health crisis. That's why we are committed to providing our patients with the option of receiving virtual healthcare services. Our telehealth services allow patients to access medical care from the comfort and safety of their own homes, without having to travel to the clinic. The team at Shelburne Centre for Health has implemented online bookings for a large number of appointment types. This new feature will allow for greater convenience and accessibility for our patients, as they will be able to book appointments from the comfort of their own homes, at any time of day or night.
